Who We Are

Established in 1994 and incorporated in Nigeria in 1998 as a limited liability company, Tezibon Engineering & Manufacturing Limited, has grown from a modest beginning to be a leading Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, Project Management and consultancy firm. Tezibon is structured to provide multidisciplinary innovative engineering design, construction, and consultancy solutions that bring value and satisfaction to all. We are engaged in Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction (EPC) – Buildings/Civil Structures, Pipelines, Oil & Gas Plants and Facilities, Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom Services, Dredging, Erosion Control, Shore Protection and other Construction and Consultancy Services. We provide innovative and customized solutions maintaining close relationship with our clients to enable us know their specific needs and provide services tailored to meet those needs accordingly, relying on our skilled workforce, superior processes and cutting edge technology to ensure we consistently get it right always. We design, build and install both vertical and horizontal flare stacks and flare remote ignition Systems suitable for waste gas disposal for flaring, flare-out operations, intermittent flaring and blow down conditions in flow Stations, Refineries, LNG, LPG, Gas Power plants and Petrochemical plants.

We have strategic partnership with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) – Indicon Projects & Equipment Ltd, New Delhi, India for the Engineering Design, Manufacturing and supply of Oil & Gas LP and HP Vessels, above & below ground storage vessels including the following:
