Tezibon® Flare Systems:

  • Design: Involves creating detailed plans for the flare system, which includes the flare stack, burner, and associated equipment. The design ensures efficient combustion of gases, adherence to safety standards, and optimal performance under various operational conditions.
  • Fabrication: The process of manufacturing the components of the flare system based on the design specifications. This includes constructing the flare stack, burner assemblies, and any ancillary equipment required for installation including quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Supply: Involves procuring and delivering all necessary components and materials for the flare system to the project site. This may include the flare stack, burner components, control systems, and any other related parts.

Installation: The assembly and setup of the flare system at the designated site. This includes erecting the flare stack, installing the burner and associated equipment, and ensuring that everything is correctly connected and operational
