Calibration and Installation of Control Valves, Pressure, Flow, Level, and Temperature Instruments:

  • Calibration: Adjusting and setting control valves and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable operation. This involves verifying and tuning the equipment to meet specified performance standards and operational ranges.
  • Installation: Setting up control valves and measurement instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature) in their designated locations. This includes connecting them to process lines, ensuring proper alignment, and integrating them with control systems.

Running/Testing of Signal Impulse Lines:

  • Running: Installing signal impulse lines (tubing or wiring) that carry measurement signals from process instruments to control systems. This involves laying out and securing the lines according to design specifications.
  • Testing: Verifying the integrity and accuracy of the signal impulse lines by conducting tests to ensure there are no leaks, signal losses, or interference. This ensures reliable data transmission from instruments to control systems.

Switch Gears Installation and Re-wiring of Electric Motors Together with Their Control Panels:

  • Switch Gears Installation: Setting up switchgear equipment, which includes circuit breakers, switches, and other devices used to control and protect electrical circuits. This involves mounting the equipment and connecting it to the electrical system.
  • Re-wiring of Electric Motors: Reconnecting electric motors to their power sources and control panels. This includes replacing or repairing wiring to ensure proper operation and safety of the motors.
  • Control Panels: Installing and wiring control panels that manage and monitor electrical systems and equipment. This involves connecting control devices, instruments, and indicators to ensure proper operation and control of the electrical systems.

Installation of Power Plants Together with Their Ancillary Equipment:

  • Power Plants Installation: Setting up power generation facilities, including turbines, generators, boilers, and other primary equipment. This involves site preparation, equipment placement, and integration into the existing infrastructure.
  • Ancillary Equipment: Installing supporting systems and components such as cooling systems, fuel handling systems, and control rooms that are essential for the operation of the power plant.

Erection and Installation of Transmission Lines with Associated Substations and Control Panels:

  • Transmission Lines: Installing high-voltage power lines that transport electricity from power plants to distribution networks. This involves erecting towers, stringing cables, and ensuring proper alignment and tension.
  • Substations: Setting up substations that transform and distribute electrical power. This includes installing transformers, switchgear, and control equipment.
  • Control Panels: Installing control panels at substations to monitor and manage the electrical distribution network. This involves connecting the panels to the equipment and ensuring they function correctly.

Installation of Power Distribution Transformers:

  • Power Distribution Transformers: Installing transformers that step down high-voltage electricity from transmission lines to lower voltages suitable for distribution to homes and businesses. This includes placing the transformers, connecting them to the power lines, and ensuring proper operation and safety.
